Since 2005, Subaru Canada has been a presenting sponsor of Golf Fore the Cure, an initiative created by Golf Canada, in partnership with the Canadian Cancer Society and the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. This initiative is designed to encourage women to enjoy the game of golf while raising money and awareness for a cause close to Canadian hearts – finding a cure for breast cancer. We are proud to show our support for active, healthy lifestyles by offering participants an exclusive rebate offer.

The cash-back rebate offer of $750 is valid for the purchase or lease of one (1) new Subaru from any authorized Canadian Subaru dealer for a period of 12 months from the date eligibility is met. Only one rebate offer per new vehicle transaction is allowed. This offer is non-transferrable, is valid only for participants who have attended a Golf For the Cure event and cannot be combined with any other offer.
  1. Purchase or lease a new Subaru vehicle from your local Subaru dealer.
  2. Download and fill out the application.
  3. Gather the required documentation.
    • Copies of vehicle lease/purchase documents
    • Golf Canada player verification form

  4. Send completed rebate application and required documentation to:
